Find YOUR healthy

Your definition of health looks different than other people’s. After coming off birth control after one year I found myself in a total mess health wise. This is often the case for lots of women and for those who it’s not the case for, you are lucky! Some of us have to be crazy vigilant with our health to feel anywhere near normal. I was a junk foodie all through high school but after coming off BC that was no more. BC caused my body to have an autoimmune reaction, and tipped me into PCOS, adrenal fatigue which then caused thyroid dysfunction. (Not a fan of that horrible stuff.) All that to say, it seems a though this is my new lifestyle because this ain’t a quick fix. For me this means: ✔️Weightlifting/bodybuilding/minimal high intensity workouts ✔️No dairy, no gluten, no sugar (🙄This one is my least favorite cuz I love food) ✔️A-loads of veggies ✔️ 8-10 hours of sleep a night ✔️Very few cheat days ✔️Supplementing my brains out (DIM, thyroid synergy, hosts-ease, probiotics, zinc, b-vitamins, adrenal support, blood sugar support, Vitex, maca, inflammatone, omega-3, vitiman-A) ✔️2 or more rest days a week ✔️Always researching to find new ways to reverse my health issues and heal my body ✔️ Managing stress Everyone’s definition of health looks different but this is mine for the time being. Don’t compare yourself to the one standing next to you because their body works entirely different than yours! Stay calm and find YOUR healthy! ❤️
