Fitness is great and I would never discourage anyone not to do it HOWEVER there is a balance to it as with everything.

Once again everyone is different but here are a few very common signs to most everyone who may be overtraining.
•
Signs of Overtraining:
📌 Lack of mental clarity / brain fog
📌 Insatiable hunger / cravings
📌 Low libido
📌 Decreased immunity/constantly sick
📌 Excessive soreness
📌 Anxiety & moodiness
📌 Chronic injuries
📌 Increase in body fat
📌 Fatigue
📌 Lack of appetite
📌 Not making progress in the gym/not hitting PR’s
📌 Disrupted sleep/Not being able to fall asleep
📌 Inability to output during training/increased perception of difficulty
•
Things we can do to help with this:
📌 Take an extra rest day(2 is ideal)
📌 Supplement heavily until we are recovering properly
📌 Make sure we are eating enough to fuel our bodies
📌 Don’t go “crazy” everyday / get your heart rate up about 2-3 times a week
📌 Focus on getting lots of sleep (8-10 hours)
