⚡️Hydrate like crazy(electrolytes)
⚡️Take a natural anti-inflammatory supplement
⚡️Epsom salt bath w/ lavender essential oil

If you are looking to keep your hormones balanced while training you should be away of what you are doing to optimize recover after workouts. Recovery is extremely important for overall health and even more so when you are wanting to balance your hormone levels.
